Build Process

The homes in Clog Na Léinn are manufactured off-site using a factory insulated timber frame system. The completed structure is transported to the build site, where it is erected and assembled on an insulated concrete base. Once the home is assembled on-site, the windows and doors are fitted and the roof tiled. The external walls are finished in a cement board cladding with a durable weatherproof render system. The home is then finished internally.

The precision system ensures a smooth assembly and high quality finish of the homes.
